Labadee is located in northern Haiti and is managed by Royal Caribbean cruise line. There are beaches set up for swimming and sunbathing. This particular beach section is rocky, but so cool and gorgeous! A zipline runs over the water for the adventurous visitors. The old volcanic rock formations create a stunning landscape. Since my husband and I are not into sunbathing or swimming, we simply enjoyed the views and walking trails. Steep inclines and steps lead to gorgeous outlooks. A variety of activities and places to hang out are on the peninsula. The signage is helpful! There is some creative seating. Also handcarved artwork. The locals entertain with their music and dancing. So many details to observe. When time for lunch or a cool down, large picnic pavilions with amazing view are available.
